The machines were filthy with full ashtrays and half consumed drinks. Turned out to be the least of my worries.
I found it odd to be listening to a TV while trying to play. The bar had a huge TV that had the volume up loud. What I found was a couple banks of machines tucked away in the back near a bar. My friends headed right for the penny games like most players and I headed out looking for the video poker. I had never been so I thought, sure why not. I had company in town and they suggested playing at Valley View Casino one afternoon. I realize that video poker is not a huge draw at casinos anymore, but I enjoy playing it.
